The owner is Ethian.

How the name came about: "Bound by a Spell, Sealed With a Kiss" was something
that came into Ethian's mind one day, but obviously--- that's much too long for
a domain name. So, it was shortened to sealed-kiss. The previous
layout did include "Bound by a Spell, Sealed With a Kiss" in its title though.
